  I came here to buy 3 of the Pikachu figurines. However, the staff member did not know how to input the items or know how much it costs. The staff member kept calling someone else to get the item code and pricing. In the end I had to show her my previous receipt of the 3 Pikachu’s that I had purchased a few weeks ago. I messaged them on Instagram because I wanted to sell an item and they said sure bring it in. I brought the item in and the buyer said “cool collectible but i’ll pass”. If you weren’t going to buy it then you should have said so on Instagram when you looked at the picture. What a

  My son run into the store interested in the various toys and accidentally tipped over some toys, the store manager Joe runs to us with an aggressive face yelling at my son “Wow he can’t do that”, to which I told him it’s a couple of toys on the ground and he should Calm down. My son is only 3,5 and he is on the spectrum. He proceeded to accuse me of being worked up and kicked us out of the store. If that’s the kind of people working in a toy store I am scared for kids. He was completely inconsiderate towards my son’s condition and kept following us around the store, to make sure my son didn’t
