  Horrible customer service. I walked in with 2 MTG cards in mind that I saw online that they had in stock. (Both cards were over $50 in value). No other customers in line. I grabbed a couple boxes of dragon sleeves and asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could get the 2 cards I wanted. He asked if I had an online order and said I could only get them if I placed the order online. I could see the 2 cards in the glass case, but he refused to help.   I forgot the name of the male staff member who helped me yesterday, but he was so helpful in recommending two-player games. I ended up walking out with Fluxx. It was a HUGE hit! So much fun! Every time I’ve been to this location, staff are always so friendly and helpful, but they really shine when they have the time to give recommendations! Thank you!!

  OMG! Came across this store while browsing at the mall and I never wanted to leave. So many games, toys, posters, books, other media, figurines... I wish I could've stayed there for hours more. A game lovers dream. A grown-ups and kids fantasy land! Prices were reasonable too, which was surprising. I wanna go back. Soon.

  Very friendly staff that called multiple locations to see if anyone had the dice I needed (because I wanted a certain color and size). They constantly have different game competitions going on in the back of the store. They've always have my favorite puzzles in stock! Many children's games as well as adult games here and nicely organized which makes it nice.

  Great place to explore, stay and play a game, ask questions about games, anything related to games, puzzles, trading cards, etc. They have areas set up where you can play some games in the back. Consignment games sold here as well. So if you have a gently used game and want to swap it out, they can help you. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
