  Staff member welcoming, knowledgeable, was good salesman, tried to understand our preferences and relate to us. Explained everything the store had to offer, showed a weekly schedule of games that are played. Said store uses discord but I had trouble finding the store's discord using the QR code in front of the point of sale.

  I started playing a new card game (Lorcana) here about a month ago. I did not really know what to expect. From the minute I walked in, the people (employees and players alike) were welcoming, encouraging, and helpful. It's clear they WANT people to come in and enjoy themselves. I've been back every Wednesday night since. The place is a little rundown but that's not really what matters. It's the people that make up a shop - and this has the best there is.

  Despite being a gaming nerd for years, tonight was my first visit to Underhills as I searched for the finishing touches for my family’s Christmas. The young lady working today was equal parts adorable and helpful, and suggested several things I hadn’t noticed in the store (like the DnD 123’s book for my baby). I will absolutely be coming back, and I really appreciate having this store in my community!

  Several years ago I sold several boardgames at their in-store flea market and received tokens for store credit. I was not told of any expiration date on the credit tokens. Yesterday I went to the store and mentioned I had four $50 tokens. After a call to the “management” I was told that they would only honor $50 of the $200 credit they owed me. That is the very definition of theft. Avoid!
