"Awesome place. Huge selection for whatever nerdy thing you’re into. D&D, MTG, Pokémon, and a plethora of other TTRPGs, TCGs, Miniatures, etc. You know that scene in Clerks when Randall goes to Big Choice Video, thats what it’s like going here. The staff was quick to help and super friendly."

They are likely selling resealed pokémon booster packs. We picked up some packs today that we later questioned while looking at them. My son is kind of new to the pokémon game so we decided to take pictures and opened the packs anyway. We emailed those pictures to another reputable card shop owner who said the packs should never be opened at all. You can see in the pictures they're open at the top in some corners. This is just a few of the packs that we picked up. So keep an eye out if you go there to get pokémon cards because if the booster packs are being resealed it's likely most of the ot

Best MTG selection in Oregon. Tons of singles with plenty of help behind the counter to ensure you get help quickly. I stop by often and grab singles as well as booster packs. Always great service and prices are comparable to TCG online. I know very little about the Warhammer and other items but I can assure you, that selection is not lacking either.

Huge store with great staff but their stock and their prices are always lacking 😭 It's hard to find any sets from the past 2 years in their stock besides Spider-Man. I've been trying for weeks for any WoE, Phyrexia AWBO, or Lost Caverns of Ixalan packs. If they do they're collector boosters that are $100+ a pack(at least for the phyrexia collector boosters) and they're usually already pringled/bent. I don't wanna start buying packs from online, but I just might have to.

Sells pokemon cards at scalpers prices or worse. Waned 125$ for an amended heros elite trainer box when i can get one from the pokemon vending machine for 60. Over 10$ per single pack and booster bundles(which only give you 6 packs) were damn near 100$. Pretty sad that they feel like its ok to up charge double if not triple retail price for a CHILDS CARD GAME. Anyone who sells pokemon above retail should be ashamed of themselves

Wild Things Games was a great first experience for me and my family. They answered all 100 of my questions and I was able to leave with a great haul at a price I wasn't mad at. I was even approached by a patron who gave us great advice and even gave us cards and a deck box. Will be returning to play some magic and pokemon with my family.

So after shopping here for a couple of months, I have formed an opinion of the ridiculous policies they have and how they do business. First for a TCG store they don’t allow trading in store, if caught you will be dealt a hefty ban. Isn’t the whole point of having this kind of shop is being a safe place to do these kinds of things like Trading, the first word of TCG. (The owner isn’t very kind to this, he has been seen being passive aggressive when confronting people and dealing with the bans) Second any new singles has to be viewed by the owner first in order to be in stock instead of deleg

This game store is so big now. I use to go to "wild things" when it was next to WinCo off of Lancaster. I then moved away from Salem over 15 years ago. Came back to visit family and went to the downtown location and was blown away by how big they have gotten seems it was a little hole in the wall place. We now make a point of it to visit here when we do come to Salem. Good job guys and keep it up!
