  I've made several trips to B side over the years, each time hoping that just MAYBE this time it'll be a better experience. My first time there, I was followed around the store by a large, smelly, bearded man with long, dyed pink hair. The man and the cashier just glared at me until I made my way to the MTG section, then rudely asked if I was going to buy anything or just stare all day. Going back, same rude, Glaring treatment from the cashier. Went to look for Dragon Shield sleeves, but by the time I found the sleeves, the Cashier's repetitive "so, are you buying something or not?"   Worker struck a card with his nail, and then said "I can't take this, it's damaged. You should try to take your cards elsewhere.". Blatantly rude, and pompous attitude. Wouldn't recommend to any normal gamer who doesn't want to be looked down upon, for even walking through the door. Don't waste your time here.

  Bad customer service, when in with part of my collection graded/ungraded and the only thing they said back to me was “we don’t buy graded cards” I drove 20m from work because I thought there might be a better option than battleground breakers but it bit me in the ass today. ALSO THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 20% FOR CARDS OVER $10 with some bullshit about extra fees. Not worth it.

  Went to go in today to buy a couple things. Says store opens at 11. The open sign is on. Tried coming in at 11:10, then again at 11:20. Door was locked both times. Cashier in the store is on the computer, glances over, and ignores me. lol, if there’s something that needs done before the shop opens put a sign on the door that says we’re closed, todays experience was highly unprofessional.

  Fantastic card shop! I had some questions about One Piece and the person working answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed or like a total neophyte (even though I am lol). I went back the next morning because Target sold me some sub-par sleeves and I ended up getting a super rare manga Boa Hancock from one of the booster packs I bought! Seriously this place is amazing and I’ll probably never go anywhere else ever again for any of my card or gaming needs.

  I recently bought a Yu-Gi-Oh! Blue-Eyes Structure Deck from this store, expecting the newer version that just came out. The deck was displayed right up front in a large stack, with signage that simply said “Blue-Eyes Structure Deck”—no indication it was an older version. Naturally, I assumed it was the latest one, especially given the prominent display. When I opened the outer box at home and realized it was the older version, I returned to the store. The owner refused any kind of refund or exchange and told me, “Well, you didn’t specifically ask for the new one,” as if customers are supposed

  Nice little game store, the staff there are very nice and greet everyone who comes in, and they have a good selection of one piece and magic cards. In a nice area too with Safeway in a short distance. Store is clean and fresh. Worth going to hang out with your friends and for game tournaments. The staff are very knowledgeable on the products they sell as well.
