  This place is amazing! They have a huge section of playable Pokemon cards, several singles, some interesting sealed product (ETBs, boxes, blisters, etc). They host large events and tournaments as well. Parking kinda sucks.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to their Frank and Sons booth today. Nobody else was around, no lines, no other people. I had a list of 17 cards I was looking for. Without looking at what was on the list, I was told that I would need to put a deposit down to have the cards pulled and priced.... lol are you serious? Isnt their purpose at the booth to sell cards? Dude said he was super busy and to not waste his time. Once again he wasnt doing anything and there wasnt anyone around. I literally thought I was being pranked but he was serious.   I called them at 7 pm they close at 10 pm the guy told me we are not buying anything under $3 a card and we don't have time to go through your cards to figure out what you have. So maybe on Saturday you can come in. Today is Tuesday and I'm trying to get Christmas money. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm glad I'm not bringing them my business. Btw I have some super rare cards sorry about your luck rude man.

  Guys dont go here. I would give 0.1 stars if i could. if u r looking to trade stuff they give you different percentages everytime and it can go as low as 60. They tried to do a “even trade” by giving me a $40 box when i had at least 50-60 store credit. I had to remind them that i got at least 70% last time and when i keep re-mentioning it they gave me horrible attitude. Not only that, they don’t have a sense of urgency as they would just talk to people sitting on chairs rather than serving me as i have waited for a while. Trash service, trash stock, and scammy people.

  Lorcana fan here, found plenty of boosters, specific cards, play mats, sleeves etc.. Staff was friendly and attentive even though they were in the middle of hosting a tournament. Looks like they have all the TCG's one would need for a decent price, will return again and again!

  If I could give no stars, I would. This storefront is good enough to be passable as “not bad” when it comes to customer service and selection. I haven’t had a bad experience with anyone there, but at Frank And Sons is a completely different story. DONT GO TO THEIR VENDOR STALK AT FRANK AND SONS. It’s on the end of the back wall of shops on the right hand side. You will be overcharged by 60% of Market Prices of Magic, Pokémon and any other TCG they sell. And if you try to speak with the main guy there, an older Asian gentleman, you will be berated and talked down to like you don’t know how to g
