  I came all the way from Valdosta, GA to Anaheim, CA and happened to find this sports card store while looking for some Lakers merchandise. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but I also discovered some true gems! The store is extremely organized, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even packed up my cards in a way that made it easy to carry on my flight. I was super impressed with their collection and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back, both in person and online. A must-visit for anyone into sports memorabilia!

  I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over a decade and have always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and great service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, an employee named Gabe began engaging us in conversation. What started as casual small talk quickly shifted, as he directed most of his attention toward my daughter, who is underage. Despite her giving very little response, he continued trying to talk with her throughout our time in the store. At one point, he even asked her to follow him

  BLOWN away at the SPECTACULAR service here! Been wanting to get JT Snow's autograph for some time. I saw that JT was making an appearance at THE OC Dugout but I do not live near that area. I called and the person I spoke to answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. I mailed in my items, and they kept in touch via e-mail. The signing occurred this past Saturday. It's Tuesday, and I have my items. My FIRST time doing business with The OC Dugout, but definitely not my last as I plan on checking the site often. Definitely a store to trust your memorabilia with if your mailing something
