All the employees here and the manager are so nice and helpful 😊. Paris and Cole are always wonderful. There are others I can name too, if they were here today. It’s so nice to be called by my name and a lot of the employees already automatically know to put my military discount in. I’ve never had one bad experience. I buy most of my “Magic the Gathering” items and cards from Cool Stuff Games 😎. The computer system is awesome here and makes it so easy to buy MTG cards.

The whole staff is super duper helpful but special props to Carlos for helping me out with my questions about Magic. He seems very proficient with card games and very eager to help anyone who wants to get started in the hobby. He genuinely seems like he enjoys helping new people (including me). Very happy with my experience here at Cool Stuff. Mind you this place has a great atmosphere and a great selection of basically anything you can think of. Thanks a lot Carlos for the help! You are the best!

CoolStuff is not your typical LGS; it took me a little while to understand this, but now that I do, I’ve come to greatly appreciate them for what they are. What I mean by this is that I’m not going to get to know their staff or shake the owners’ hands for their business, nor am I likely to get high-demand product at MSRP just for being a local who supports them. But they are an extremely busy, scaled business. Workers tend to be busy here, phones don’t always get answered, and service isn’t always immediate. However, they do have an amazing buy-and-sell program. The fact that I was able to dr

I had such a great experience with Cool Stuff. They helped me receive product that is not easily accessible in stores. And they made sure the package was safe and secure when shipped to me. Great people that I spoke with Via email. And I will be going to a local game play soon. Maybe for a Pokemon League challenge. Not sure yet but when I do I will update on the location with photos and more on customer service.

Their quality has definitely dropped. Been several times now I go in and order a card that’s labeled NM (near mint) and they bring out cards that have so much whiting on the side and or have dents in them. Like seriously!!! I get some cards are almost from the 90s-2000s so I don’t expect them to be pack fresh but when a card has a literal dent in it and you still try pushing it off as near mint come on. There needs to be more grading scale than just Near mint and played. Ridiculous.

They are rather stingy when it comes to grading cards. Far harsher than other stores. However, when you order you can expect NM to feel like you just pulled the card from a fresh pack. I traded in a $130 card and the guy working there said "its borderline, but had multiple agree to rate it as played instead of NM it is a rather expensive card, and you should be able to find a better deal elsewhere" Any other shop would have offered what they offer instead of suggesting to look for a better deal.

This place is a rip off.they don’t even take Japanese cards which is dumb and their trade in option is so stupid . nobody got time too put in every card you’re trying to sell because they only want certain ones and then on top of that they undersell like crazy. 60 cents for a 5 dolla card is crazy. How hard is is to look up cards themselves. I never been to a shop like this

Great selection of Riftbound singles. Prices were a bit above TCGplayer though. Worth a visit if you don't want to pay/wait for shipping. Lots of play space too.
