  One of the good things about this store is they sell stuff at MSRP. Now the great 2 reasons I will return here, first is it actually doesn't smells bad like B.O. or feet. The other big one for me is the gay pride flag on walls and stickers. Now I understand for some people, they see something wrong with that, but for me as a former Christian who left due to the bigotry and was taught that being gay is bad, I can't feel comfortable in places full of people who don't take the bibles whole word to heart and cherry pick what they want instead.   This would have been my 2nd time visiting the store to pick up a decent amount of singles. Unfortunately, I came to the store during their staff party night and the store close early. I 100% respect this and it is completely fair. As a person with no social media, it is tough to keep up with random events that can occur because I assumed they were operating under normal business hours. However, it was the interactions I had with the staff that left me feeling disrespected.   I’m in here a couple times a month. Place looks spotless every time. Organization is fantastic, you can tell they pour their energy into keeping this place feel neat and clean. But that’s not even the best part. Talk to any member of the staff at this place and you will walk away smiling. Love this place, will do my best to keep it in business. 10/10 no notes you guys.

  I want to give a HUGE Shout Out to The Haven Games!!! They ran the game room this year. My son found this room on Saturday and had a blast!! Then I was coming today to get tattooed and he asked me if he could go again with me. He spent the whole day in this room hanging out with the crew and everyone was just amazing to him!! Sometimes these smaller rooms that Spooky Empire puts together for us get over looked! I highly recommend checking out the gaming rooms next year for anyone who is into gaming!!

Stopping by The Haven was a regenerative experience. Staff clearly enjoy one another’s company and their banter had me feeling like earth, the physical space and humanity can still thrive in respect.   Because a few reviews mentioned the space economy, I wanted to vet that the store is, at the time of this review, very easy to navigate from a daily user's manual wheelchair without feeling cramped or crowded, including being able to fit into the lounge area where the rental game library is located. Tangentially related, store's online-listed policies, scheduled events and in-store vibes line up with being a truly inclusive and accommodating space rather than a lip service "sure you're welcome, but once you're in, you're on your own" environment.
