  always great product always get customer service. The employees who work here are perfect. 3 stars is for the owner. 3rd time i've called over a year asking about trade ins. Each time I'm told the owner is the one who decides the price. Like dude all your competitors let their employees make educated calls. Do you not trust your employees?

  I've only ordered online: used to be very good and had consistent, reasonable pricing. Went off the deep-end recently given the poke boom, and became the type of scalper LGS (e.g. charging 100% above MSRP) that everyone hates. Oh and went from not charging shipping and tax to charging shipping and tax. 1 star.

  I had a great experience with Double Infinity Gaming as a first time online buyer. My order arrived quickly, like 3-4 days early, and when I reached out about a small issue with the condition of the product, their customer service responded fast and handled everything professionally and most importantly fairly.
