Did not answer and had to call to complain and request refunds. They said they will update accordingly but no update for a week. *Your email barely works.   Went to this store a month ago to try and buy my nephew One Piece packs for Christmas. They informed me that they didn’t have any but the new release was coming out January 16th and I could buy him a gift certificate for when they come out. So I bought the gift certificate. He said just to just call the day before to make sure they are getting them. Today is Jan 16th and I called yesterday. They, not only, told me they would have plenty but when I asked how much they would cost he responded with “below market price” (whatever that means).   I recently brought in a valuable chrome trading card worth approximately $1000 with the intention of having it looked at or possibly cleaned. An employee offered to clean the card and, without asking for proper consent or using appropriate materials, grabbed a visibly dirty cloth from the back and began rubbing the card.   Loved being able to go to Pokemon game night at this shop on a Wednesday. The ambience of this shop is cool, friendly, chill, and fun. They have all sorts of amazing cards and merch for Pokemon, Sports Cards, Lorcana, and many other cards and memorabilia. The customer service is great and even if you’re new to their shop or events (like my husband and I were) you get treated with the same respect and enthusiasm of a regular.   After going to card shops all over the USA I have to say this one is by far the best. The Hospitality you get walking in the door from Craig and K2 cannot be beat! They Constantly have 🔥 inventory and also give you a chance to consign your cards to switch up personal inventory. However, when a company goes out of their way to deliver an amazing experience for their customers I think it’s only right to shout out a job well done.
