  Fantasy Books and Games has an amazing and knowledgable staff. My husband,son (age 12), and I always feel.welcome and can easily talk to any staff person there. They are very helpful amd kind. They have super fun activities all week long and run great sales frequently. Also last night we went to dungeons and dragins learn to play with Aaron. My son and my husband said it was the most fun they have had in a long time. I have to agree. Thanks to Fantasy, i learned to play a game i have always wanted to play.   They don’t have item limits so scalpers are present. Just watch one person buy the last 6 booster boxes!! Sorry for the rest of the community that would like cards. These cards were not on the discount shelf as the owner claims. The employee carried these out from the back stock specifically for this person. Not one of the booster boxes were in the shelf. When I asked the employee, he only said he had the starter boxes that were on the shelf (as he made another trip to the back room for more boxes). Was my interest unclear when I asked about it specifically? 0/10 I’m sure it was hard to sell p

  This place is really expanded in last few years at least. I probably been here about 5 years ago and then I made the switch to pre-code Golden Age Comics only so the stuff they had here wasn't in line with what I collected. Needless to say it has exploded in the volume of games and items on hand. Looks like they were doing some games in the back and they had a lot of people back there as well so it's good to know the place is being visited by a lot of people.

  Was able to walk in and buy Pokemon cards packs at MSRP!! Such a relief in a time when other card stores are scalping prices or simply out of stock. I really respect this store. Clean, great service, great prices. I will stop here any time i’m near the St Louis area.

  Excellent place to buy the latest comic books. Great selection of funko and Gunpla kits. A lot of table top games as well,Mainly Warhammer 40K. Staff is friendly and helpful, me and my girlfriend love the atmosphere and the many events they have from time to time. Highly recommend to comic, gundam and table top enthusiasts.
