  I visited so I can buy some magic singles and play some commander. This is death when the largest place i've seen to play cards ever! I found the selection to be enormous and the customer service was excellent.So I really appreciated that. This\nPlace is very well staffed and It is decorated with all of the gamer's dreams. I met some really great friends here, and I can't wait to come back and play in some more tournaments. This place is great for the whole family. I highly recommend.

  I’ve been playing the Pokemon TCG at impact for probably going on 2 years here soon if not already every Tuesday night and I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have some of the biggest selection of cards I’ve ever seen in a card shop as well as a variety of other products ensuring there is fun in store for everyone that walks through the door! Not to mention some of the biggest local tournaments I’ve played in since joining the hobby! It’s always a blast when you’re playing at impact!

  I'm always hesitant about ordering cards online because of how stores ship cards but i can def recommend this store's online store. Fast shipping and cards came well packed in top loaders and penny sleaves and they did not try and jam in as many cards as possible in to the top loaders, thank you so much for protecting my cards!

  Stopped by from Chicago with my wife to check out Pokemon singles. We were both extremely impressed with the space, staff, and selection. Lots of singles, bundles, and ETBs, though individual packs were a bit sparse (may have just visited while they were low on inventory). There was also a great selection of binders, sleeves, etc. If I was still local to the area, I'd make this spot a regular hang — amazing place for anyone into board games, TCG, etc.

  My friend and I stopped by here a few weeks ago to meet up with his friend. While I am not a gamer whatsoever, I will definitely be back because this place has the most impressive variety of airbrush (and maybe enamel, IIRC) colors I have ever seen in one place. I suppose it is for mini fig hobbyists, but all artists and hobbyists who dig fancy paints should stop in and see the wall of colors. It is truly amazing.

  My oldest has severe social anxiety. He feels comfortable enough there to actually speak with the staff for assistance. On another note…. This place deserves more than five stars for having a well stocked Citadel paints selection.
