  Now I dont typically share reviews but this store is so great I feel obligated to. First of all, the staff arent there for a paycheck, theyre there because they love the store, the customers, and the job itself. You can see it based on how they treat people, its almost like they've known me for years. Second, the location is perfect. Right next door is a dollar tree, perfect for snacks within my d&d campaigns, oh yeah, they also let you host d&d and tabletop games there.   Went in two night ago looking for Pokémon packs, never got greeted when entering. Worker was too busy hitting on an uninterested customer for 10 min while I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. Overall bad experience if I could give 0 stars I would. Take your business elsewhere that cares about how the store smells and looks😷

  They are truly horrible as a place to play, buy product, and so much more. They don't check the actual facts before banning someone, nor get their side of the story. They are the worst store in the salt lake valley. I recommend not going to any of their locations nor being patrons. They also upcharge their prices with scalper prices and not have a clean place to play, they use the same dirty water to clean their floors and never clean their bathrooms constantly.

  I sure am glad the prices aren't 3x MSRP... and Definitely "not" above market price 😉😉 🤢 Also left the hobby when I moved. When I came back they scammed me on buying my vintage pokemon card because it was "bent" it had a curve to it, when I asked PSA about it they said that they do not count that against you because that is normal for holo cards.

  If you are looking for a board game they most likely have it! Also dice, all kinds of great dice! I love the game testing area to try out a game you are curious about. Would love to see items expand into Warhammer, but in the grim dark future there is only war.
