  Went to trade some cards here, didn’t get a deal—but the customer service was incredible! Other stores will low ball you; this one doesn’t. Prices are very, VERY fair (about a dollar above market for lower ends and ON/BELOW market for others)! Will 100% be coming back just for the customer service alone.

  I had a frustrating experience with House of Cards. Back in May, I submitted a couple of Pokemon cards to PSA through them and was told to check their Facebook page for updates. This month, I saw a post saying my submission was ready for pick-up, so I drove over an hour in the heat to their store. When I arrived, the staff discussed among themselves and then told me the post was a mistake and that my cards weren’t actually ready and it would take another month. This was a huge waste of time and effort, and I left very disappointed. I won’t be submitting through them again and would recommend
