  Helpful staff with a large selection of comics, collectibles, fun events, and great prices. I came for the Battle Beast comic giveaway and signing. Very well organized event and lots of product so everyone walked away happy. While I was there I was able to find 2 comics in the $2 upstairs section to fill in some gaps in my collection. I barely took a look at all the nostalgic collectibles, but 1 of the cases was 8” x 4”. And they also had 2 additional smaller ones (all upstairs).   I always love going here! I bring all of my pop culture fans here when I can. Today (a Wednesday) they had a signing. On a random Wednesday?? That felt old school comic shop nostalgia! That, "you never know what you'll see vibe!" And don't let the fact that it's downtown fool you! Parking sucks...duh BUT...prices are fair!! Make sure you talk to Zach l! His knowledge is grade A and if you like Hip Hop....yeah he's got you on that too! 10/10

  Small, but still has a good selection of comics. They are apparently expanding the size as well. Great location to have a shop in the downtown San Diego area. Very friendly staff. I have not collected comics since the 1990's and am definitely out of touch. Zach, who works pretty much everyday, was awesome in helping me out and answering all my questions. I even subscribed to a few comics coming out in the future, which they give you a 10% discount on, which of course is a nice bonus. Probably will be in there almost every week now.

  I truly appreciate how this store is organized. There are so many great things in this small shop. The staff is also superfriendly. Great selection: Graded comic books, autographed comic books, first appearances comic books, premium comic books, variants, mini series, and more. Trading cards Funkos Old school game consoles Collector's toys Memorabilia Pins And more. It's a great trip into downtown San Diego.

  I was in the area for a convention, and "Now or Never" just happened to be close enough to visit. Being a collector, I had to stop in and had a great time talking comis with Frankie and Zach. I spent close to 2 hours there and bought 3 Bronze Age comis that I am extremely happy with. Both Frankie and Zach are great people and are very helpful. The store has a good inventory, and the store is also very clean. There is an upstairs area that could be called a museum of action figures.
