  Good stock but they do not honor their posted hours of operation. The closed 1:00-1:30pm is very loose. They often close earlier which is unpredictable and difficult with limited parking to gain access to the store.

  They apparently don’t check their emails or return phone calls so you might waste a trip here to see if they’re even open as I have done in the past. Odd way to run business for expensive gear. I’m not sure I really want a jersey now. What am I supporting? Last game the entry took 1/2 hour to get in while many fans blew the lines and piled in. You’d think years post pandemic they’d have decent responsive management in place. Really just reflects on the entire organization, imo. Leaderless and arrogant.

  Nice store for Timbers and Thorns gear, better selection online and then pick up in store. The gentleman working the counter is not friendly, never smiles, and always seems to be too busy. I feel like I am waisting his time. Closed Sunday and Monday.

  Tried for literal months to get ahold of someone so that I can exchange a jersey for a different size. I tried emailing, sending a email through the website, and calling. I figured maybe no one was there since it was the off season. Once I finally got ahold of someone, who was apparently the manager, he was incredibly rude, kept interrupting and basically blamed me for not “trying hard enough” to get ahold of someone and that I should have just come into the store (I don’t live in Portland). Their website and voicemail say different things about their hours of operations so we didn’t even know

  Salesperson was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate my request/order. From what I can tell, the customization shop sold him out and underneath. Extremely frustrating trying to create an order for someone's first match and birthday. Won't try again. Ever.
