I walked into this store with my fiancé, and from the moment we entered, not a single employee greeted us or acknowledged us. No “hey,” no “welcome in,” no “can I help you with anything.” Nothing. With 3 employees working. What made it worse is that we were genuinely interested in buying cards and boxes and were ready to spend around $300 - $400. Despite that, the staff made the experience unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming. We stood there waiting, clearly browsing and interested, while employees greeted and helped other customers around us, but completely ignored us. Not sure if it’s be

Got into collecting back in March of this year and went around to every local card shop and Replay is by far the best. I had a lot to learn (and still do) about the hobby but the team at Replay has helped me every step of the way. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help in any way that they can. I enjoy going there so much that it has become part of my weekly routine to go in, catch up with the guys there, check out their bargain boxes and sometimes just hang out and watch games. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s always fun to stop by and see what’s new. Highly recomm

Getting into the hobby of collecting Sports Cards is an endeavor that requires you to do your homework before you get into it. Unfortunately, there are many in this hobby that would rather play pawn broker than teacher. In other words, they would rather take advantage of you and rip you off rather than educate and try to help you learn the basics of Collecting 101. While I will not give out any names, many of the Sports Cards/Hobby Shops in Charlotte and the surrounding area are like this. In fact, they are filled with pretentious jerks who enter the hobby not for a love of collecting and disc

**update** That response takes no accountability. I would have accepted 10 dollars a pack but again what y'all are doing is despicable for a hobby that is supposed to be affordable. I know scalpers less greedy so take your excuses somewhere else. I'm sure they are nice people but selling phantasmal flames single packs for 15 DOLLARS is crazy activities. Mind you retail is like 5 bucks and I woulda accepted 7 or 8 but 15 is disrespectful to your patrons that may not know better.

Everytime I’ve gone into the store, the employees and community are very helpful and nice. For instance, I am sending my first card to be graded and I came into the store seeking card sleeves for grading. The very nice employee gave me a few sleeves on the house. I’m glad to have such a great store here in Charlotte.

Was in town for work and hit up Replay. Good overall selection and service was top notch - they even through in some sleeves and top loaders for me since I'm travelling. Check them out.

Was really impressed with the cards they had - they had everything from high end slabs to value cards. All the main sports were well represented and I also found some Pokemon cards in the back which was cool. The cards I bought were priced a little lower than I could find anywhere else and I didn’t have to pay for shipping so it was a win-win.

Hands down the best local card shop in town. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the hobby. Great selection across all categories and prices are more than fair. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just getting started, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
