  I am not a regular, I only pop in from time to time when the urge to "flop cards" hits strong, but in my opinion this is probably the best shop in the area. Admittedly, it is a smaller store compared to some in the area, but don't let that fool you. There are tables for at least 35+ (estimating) and the crowd is mostly (I have had some negative interactions - but that is not on the store) accommodating. They do keep a small curated collection of games in their library which I believe are available to try in store and I believe you can rent them (not sure, but I think I saw someone do that bef

  The only problem with this store is that I don't live closer to it. It's fantastic! Great, laid back vibe, fantastic, interesting selection, and most importantly PATHFINDER STUFF! I had been calling all over Charlotte to find their stuff so I was amazed to walk in and just see dozens of pathfinder 2e books already stocked up. Plus it sounds like they have a good amount of interest for in person play. They also helped me special order several more niche books that I thought I would have no chance getting locally. Overall great experience for everyone except my wallet.

  This place is the best. They are welcoming and the choice of games to play is outstanding. I having been going to YLGS for well over 10 years, ever since they were still at their first location. The owners are so cool it should be illegal. 😂 If you have never been before, and you get the chance, you have to check it out. Hands down best game store around.

  This place rocks! You can tell this place is a local favorite with how packed it is on most week nights. Between their board games, dice, books, paint, and miscellaneous nerd stuff, this store is perfect for newbies and collectors alike. My husband and I came here a random Wednesday night to try DND and we still play a few years later! The staff is always super nice and helpful and very cheerful on the phone. We love their consignment board game selection and their board game rentals. You can try a board game for a few bucks for the week and then you get that money back if you buy the game! Th
