  Topspot Cards is honestly a bit too expensive for me, but I really like the team here—they have a great staff. Most of their inventory is Japanese, which isn’t a downside, just an observation. They also host local events, trade nights, and tournaments, which is great!

  Came in and the worker acted like he didn’t want to be there and was just on his phone the whole time. I asked about pokemon events and the employee acted like he didn’t want to help at all and gave minimal responses.

  Walked in with a group of friends and we did not feel welcome at all and the guy was just staring at us the whole entire time. Thought I’d check out this new spot but I won’t be back and the prices are way too high! I’d give 0 stars if I could!

  I called called and the person answering the phone just seemed like they didn’t wanna be working there. If you are going to have an attitude don’t work at a customer service job! Won’t ever be back here and anybody who reads this save your time and do not waste your precious time going to this lame establishment! If I was the owner I would be embarrassed but then again if the owner is hiring people like this then the owner is portably at fault and lame as well

  Came to play a tournament for Pokemon, and the player I was against had illegal cards in his deck. 3 games later I played him and caught the illegal cards and asked for judge. The judge allowed them to add cards into the deck mid match. Insane how this dude is allowed to run any tournament and doesn’t even know how to handle. Won’t be playing at this shop again and suggest anyone who thinks about playing here to not. They don’t know rules and allow cheating.

  Called this store looking for sports cards and even though they didn't have any currently in stock, the staff was extremely friendly and even though I wasn't going to their shop, still helped me find my way around the area! This is the type of service that is uncommon these days! These guys rock!!!! I didn't collect pokémon but now I do!!! TOP SPOT ROCKS!!!
