  A extremely good place to buy your Pokemon cards! I went there for the first time ever, and it was a really fun and wholesome experience going there. The owner of the shop was 90 years old!!! And when I went I saw the person who told him to sell Pokemon cards 30 years ago!!! And the person who told him to sell Pokemon cards came and gave him his own custom Trainer card! And it was so wholesome. And here was the 2 best cards my son pulled!

  Definitely a must! Our family has been going to Jim’s for 6+ years now, when my son first shown an interest in pokemon I knew Jim’s was the place to go!! (This is when he was 4 1/2! He is 10 now!). I have never had a bad experience and trust them with my Pokémon & sport card needs! In my opinion they have the better quality & pricing when it comes down to it! Hands down a go to if you’re in the Raleigh area!!

  Be extremely cautious when dealing with this seller and his daughter. They are known for significantly overpricing items — including charging up to 4x the value for Japanese Pokémon packs. If you're selling cards, expect lowball offers and manipulative tactics around pricing. They also sell many cards that are not in mint condition but still charge full mint prices — and won’t adjust even when you point it out. If you try to reference actual TCGPlayer market prices, they’ll argue and dismiss it, especially the older man who becomes defensive instead of reasonable.
